Bad mood swings...?!
Question: Bad mood swings!.!.!.!?
I have really bad mood swings!. One minute i'm feeling happy and everything's fine and i'm nice to everyone, the next i hit rock bottom, feel angry, depressed, feel like crying for no reason and lash out at people!. When those people go away i feel upset and horrible and am overwhelmed with guilt, yet when i see them again this feeling goes away and almost hatred comes back so i can't apologise!. i think someone i know thinks i hate them because of my severe mood swings!. I don't know what's wrong with me - one minute the world is perfect, the next i hate myself, feel like screaming and hurting everyone around me, feeling disgusted with myself and find fault in others, getting increasingly annoyed with them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would suggest making an appt with you doc to let them know whats going on!. its a common thing for ppl to go from highest highs to lowest lows but all the time!. it could be something simple as a minor in balance of chemicals in your brain and a prescription will help it out!. i have had those same feelings but sought out counseling to help me cope with things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My mom tries paxil!. Make an appt with your doctor they know best!.
And don't worry my mom was terrible! She has been better for a long time now and I don't even know when it's that time of the month anymore!

i was this way for for 40 yrs hated life people and found faults in everyone and cried alot and was just miserable ,drank and drugged to cope ,cutting and not eating seek help counceling best thing i ever did my kids talk to me now i am back with my husband after a two yr seperation i am almost one yr free for no drinking no drugs and hospital free for two yrs i have borderline personality disorder bipolar ,i dont weigh 90 pounds any more i am happy6 joyous and free !.i can finally enjoy life dont weight till your old like me i am just now living i wish i would of got help yrs ago good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
