There is a similar state of sexual frustration, but not physical pain per se!. However it can be symptomatic in other ways and it is apparent enough that in the 1800's they though it was a disease! It was called "female hysteria," and was described as "heaviness in abdomen, muscle spasm, shortness of breath, irritability, loss of appetite!."

Other then personally getting really frustrated, I don't think so!. I always thought that blue balls was a joke until my hubby had them!.!.!.I felt sooo bad for him, so I make sure he doesn't have any of those!Www@Answer-Health@Com
