Motivation for working out/exercising??!


Question: Motivation for working out/exercising!?!?
I seem not to have any even though I know I need to!.!.!.!.!.what helps you!? Give me some tips!. I'm lazy!. Didn't used to be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand!. You have to MAKE it a part of your daily routine, just like going to work, and eating for that matter!. I struggle with it myself!. People say that if you do something for three consecutive weeks, it becomes a habit (good or bad)!. So just try to do one hour three to four times a week!. Same days same hour, don't break the routine until you are sure you can stand to change it up with out giving it up all together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Knowing how much better doing it will make me feel always helps me to get off my butt and exercise!. Think about your future, how much it will benefit you and prolong your life!.

Not only does it make you feel great, but it makes you look great, too!. Working out has endless benefits! The key to it is making it a very, very regular thing!. When you only work out every now and then you're more likely to just feel tired and worn out afterwards, rather then invigorated and full of life!.

Everyone's got willpower, you've just got to use it!. Sometimes you have to force yourself into doing things!. What helps for me is having a work out schedule with my sister that doesn't allow me to back out!. She drives about half an hour out to my house so we can go to the gym, so there's really no way I could refuse her on account of being lazy!. She spent all that time driving here, I'd have to be a huge brat to not go with her!. Set something up with a sibling or friend so that you're morally not able to refuse working out! When not working out has the consequence of you having to be a jerk and cancel on someone, you're more likely to go through with it!.

believe it or not once you get used to working out everyday it's habit and the laziness goes away and if you are tired the tiredness goes away and you will have a nice bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
