Take a couple of ibuprofren!.!.!.I used to have EXTREMELY bad cramps due to endomitriosis!.!.Ibuprofren was terrific at relieving the the pain!

OK just get a water bottle, fill it with warm-hot water and put it on your belly where it hurts!. Then check if you have any ibuprofen or motrin or advil!. Take 1-2 and NO MORE! This usually helps me! **** Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go for a run or have hot bath!.!.it works!! also if you eat less choccy before your periods it makes them less painfull (apparently!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
