Well, 42 and 34 are band sizes not cup sizes!. A band size is how thick you measure around your chest (under you breasts!.) If you only want to reduce your band size, but still keep DDD's then you just need to lose weight!. If we're talking cup size, then there really isn't anything you can do other than surgery!. Weight loss will have some effect on cup size but it depends on where you body decides to lose the most weight from!.
