When you say "dark colored" do you mean just around the nipple!? Are you sexually active!? Breast tenderness is an early sign of pregnancy, but that is not the only cause of breast tenderness!. You didn't give us much details such as your age, etc, so it's really hard to say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
