Question: Folic Acid warning!?
Why is it that folic acid has a warning that pregnant people and breast feeding mothers should not take them and should talk to your doctor!.

I think it's because the folic acid manufacture doesn't want to get sued for recomending the wrong dose for a pregnant woman or nursing mother!.
