I have spotted in my underwear around january and i thought i just was like something else but now its back and i have had it since saturday and im not sure if it is the real thing!. also the pool just opned and my mom wants me to go swimming and i havent told her yet!. what do i do!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be for a number of reasons,its mainly down to hormonal changes though!.!.!.could be stress!?or thryoid problems!.!.

most probably the spotting was either indicating your period will come, or it was your first period and your irregular, like everyone is!. i would tell my mom and let her know that you are starting your periods (: she'll be happy to know that your open with her and that you can tell her these things!.
