How can I get more energy to get up every morning?!
Question: How can I get more energy to get up every morning!?

as far as morning, a good well-balanced nutritious breakfast might do the trick!.!.!.!.
as far as sleep, start getting ur body adjusted to getting up earlier and earlier each morning!.!.!.when you do this, you will start to "wear down" earlier at night, and u may be able to get on a better sleep schedule!.

ok well what time do you go to bed!?
if it is later than 12 or 1 and you can't fall asleep any earlier than try these things!.
Either stay up all night and go to bed around 10 the next day and set your alarm for like 8 am!.
Or start to take sleep aids for about a week!. they aren't strong enough to get you addicted but if you take them for longer than a week you may get addicted!.
i know the first one worked for me and the sleep aids helped my husband!.

you need to set your body's biological clock try cutting down the lights about hour or so be for bedtime and cut TV real low!.And stick to a good time even on weekends go to be same time and get up same time everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
