Question: Why does my stomach feel so full!?
latley i havent been going to the bathroom as much as I usually do!. and my stomach seems a little bigger like bloated kind of!. Am I constipated!? Or what is wrong with me!? Could it be pregnancy!? !.!.!. but its usually only after I eat!. Im very confused!. can someone please help me!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds liek ur eating things that are hard for u to digest!. if ur stomach is normaly flat, an it bloats after u eat, that means its hard for u to digest, food thats gud for ur body type will not make u bloat after u eat!. if u dont go poop 2-3 times a day, it means ur constipated!. also if u eat a lot of junk food one day, it might take a couple days for ur stomach to go down!. also diet changes cud give u consitpation, diarea, or real sticky poo that it takes five million sheets to wipe!! i wud say eat more veggies, an try to stay away from food thats makin ur tummy do that!. especialee stay away from take out an processed foods ? gud luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am going to go with you are constipated!. If you are unable to poop then your stomach extends and will bloat!. Try to eat foods that have fiber in them such as raisins, raisin bran etc and hopefully your problem will be solved!. Best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
