Yeahh I used to think about it all the time too!. It was really annoying!. It kind of went away over time though!. Just keep a record somewhere on paper when your next one is so you dont have to think about it as much!. Also just try to focus as much as you can on other stuff!.

Don't worry this happened to me too, it will get better over time!.

Good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't call that obsessing!. I think it's nice to know exactly when your period is coming so you can plan things around it - I know I like to!.
If you're constantly thinking about it, however, calm down or see a shrink (or if you have a girl guidance counselor at school or something, talk to her!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, i never keep count to my next period, i just know my body and can tell when i'm about to get it!. some people have calenders so they can keep track of their periods!. example is they puy a red dote on the day they are supose to start and a green dot when they usally end it!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats probably why its all new to you eventually you'll get bored of it!. but then again its really good!. maybe you should track on your calandar in your room so you know about when your gunna start so you can be ready and you wont constantly think about it in your headWww@Answer-Health@Com

its good to keep track of it and know roughly when you are going to start so you can be prepared, after a while you will quit obsessing over it just mark it on a calendar so you will knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try putting it in your calendar on you phone, and set the alarm for a couple days before, so then you can relax and try to forget about forgetting (if that made sense)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry i do the same thing!. You don't have to stop obsessing i do it because I'm not the kind of person that likes surprises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea and i always swear its gonna happen when i dont expect it the best i can say is try to keep ur mind on other stuff if u keep worryin about it u create stress and that doesnt help the periodWww@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing is wrong with that!.I check when my next period is due so I know in case there is holidays coming up or a party I need to attend!.That way I will be ready for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't really do that very often, because I'm on the pill and its super regular, but I have friends that do the same thing!. Its completely normal! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Theres nothing wrong with it your just want to be prepared to help you out keep a calender and mark it down =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
