Well im 14 years old and my 'down there area' has changed a bit since i was younger!. its got this pinkish thing in the middle but when i stand up you can see it a lot it hangs down about an inch but when i was younder you couldnt because the two parts on the outside covered it!.

No, you're not weird!. The pinkish thing you're talking about is you labia minora, and when you were younger, it was probably covered by your labia majora!. After puberty some women's labia minora will protude outside their labia majora, and that's all it is!. Yes it's completely normal, some of us have a little more "skin" down there than others, if it is making you really conscious of it when you're older and sexually active you can have cosmetic surgery just to remove a bit of skin!.
