nope, but you could look on the internet for forums about it or at least search for plastic surgeons in this city!. its hard to tell who would be the greatest!. maybe if you look at which surgeons were voted as the best surgeons!. or at least look for famous surgeons!. bad surgeons wouldnt stand out in the public a lot cause of reputation issues!. but its hard to guarantee that a really good surgeon will never fail!. sometimes the body can react badly when it receives implants!.
