Ok!. This is what you do!. I want you to mark an "x" on the calendar the day you start your period, and the say it ends!. Now what you do is start with the day AFTER your period ended!. Count on the calendar 3 weeks!. Then put a little red dot or something the day after the end of the three weeks you counted!. It should happen around there!.!.
EX: (where i put the X is when it starts and ends!. Where i put the * is when your next one should be!.

Everyone's period acts different--and it also depends how long you've had it for!. I've had mine for 5 or 6 years and it is very regular!.!.!.its every 28 days normally, and I've heard thats the way it is for many girls!. So you'll prbly get it sometime around the very beginning of June!.
P!.S!.--It helps to go on your calendar and just circle the day you started that month!. That way you can remember when you got it and predict better for the next!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
