What to do for Knee pain?!
Question: What to do for Knee pain!?
Hi, what to do for knee pain!?!?
I do not have insurance and if it gets bad enough i will go to the er but i need to know what is the best thing to do for knee pain and how long before i should see a dr!?
It has been sore since sunday but got a bit worse today!.
It sort of cracks and pops when i move it and i have family history of knee issues with the women in the family!.
I have been trying the RICE treatment but its not helping!.

If you could give me more information I might could help you!. I'm a physical therapist!. You can email me if you want!. Many knee problems can be fixed by doing certain exercises, but if you do the wrong ones, you can actually make the pain worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, my mom's knees hurt now and she swears by Blue-Emu which you can get at Walgreens or another drug store!. I just bought it because I'm having back pain!. It's supposed to work great and doesn't smell!. You could take Advil or Tylenol too!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
