Answers:
You are still his little girl!. He will need to listen if he is all that you have!. I was a single father, very close to my daughter and very well educated in medicine!.
The night before it happened, my daughter and I had been up late watching movies and we dozed off on the couch!. An early morning phone call woke the two of us and as I was on the phone, she ran for the bathroom!.
As a man, the first thing I had to do was pee and she was hogging the bathroom!. Just about the time I though that I would burst if I had to wait another second, she throws open the door and holds up her pajamas!. They were well spotted with blood!. All I could say was, "Oh, no! You were sleeping on my couch!" Needless to say, that went over like a lead balloon!.
He needs to know!. No matter how unsupportive his reaction, you need to tell him!. Even if you are the one who pulls out pamplets and diagrams to educate him, he needs to know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try talk to aunt or mom

Even if there's nothing wrong at all, you may have questions about your period!. Although your dad might be the last person you want to ask about bloating, cramps and heavy bleeding - you should talk to someone about it!. Or maybe you want to talk to your dad about it, but don't know where to start!. Here are a few simple suggestions that may help!.

Talk to someone he trusts!. It's understandable if you'd rather talk to a woman, but maybe you can ask your dad whom he thinks you should talk to!. That way, you're keeping him in the loop, even if you don't ask him your questions directly!.
Ask him to make you a doctor's appointment!. Your dad should be involved in your health care decisions!. If you're having a personal problem like irregular periods or menstrual cramps, you should probably tell your dad you want to see a doctor!. If your dad asks why, just tell him you're having some minor personal problems!. If you want to say more, go ahead!. If you want to keep it at that, he'll probably understand!. At least this way he'll know something is going on with you and he'll be there to help if you need him!.
Keep it casual!. If you do decide to talk to your dad about your female problems, you can keep it simple and brief!. He might just refer you to a woman he trusts!. Or you never know, he could have some helpful advice about your problem!.
The thing is, don't be ashamed to talk about anything that's a natural, normal part of being female!. If there are any questions you feel uncomfortable asking your dad, be sure to talk to an adult you trust about them!. You'll feel better when you have answers to your questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends on what the situation is!. But it's okay no matter what because he'll understand!. Just be yourself, don't think about the topic as much as the question you have, etc!. If you don't think "oh gosh, this is my period we're talking about!" then you should be fine!. If you can talk to him about school or what you're doing over the weekend this shouldn't be any harder!. Don't sweat it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same prob when I started my period!. I try to talk casually about it, like, he asks you what you need from the supermarket and you can say like, "yh, can you get me some tampons!?" Then you'll realise that it doesn't have to be awkward!. If it helps, talk to an auntor an adult femlae that's close to you, it might hellp relax you about the whole thing!.

Good luck!.

I know it must be horrifying to talk to your add about womens issues, but I think basically you need to say "Dad I have to talk to you about girly stuff and I need you to listen" once he knows whats coming then hopfully it wont be too bad!.!.!. rather then just saying "Dad!.!.!. periods and tampons"Www@Answer-Health@Com
