Answers:
You need to have a urine screen done to determine whether you have red cells in your urine or blood products!. Urine with cells points to bleeding after the kidneys, somewhere in the ureters, bladder or urethra!. Bleeding without cells points to bleeding somewhere above the kidneys or in the kidneys themselves!. Blood clots would be passed from a possible miscarriage and not through the urethra and in the urine unless very very small!. You should go see your doctor and get a thorough physical!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was born with kidney problems!. My kidneys are twice the size of an average persons, and I have double ureters on both!. You're only supposed to have one on each!. (basically it's like having four kidneys!.) Anyway, I was born with abnormal kidneys, and therefore have kidney problems!. When I was three, I got a SEVERE kidney infection and almost died!. I had to spend a week in the hospital, and two weeks at home in recovery with IV's hooked up to me at all times!.
If it's not your period, and the blood is actually in your urine, you need to go to the doctor immediately!. Especially if you start running a fever!. I had a fever of over 106 with my kidney infection!. If you think it's an infection, see a doctor immediately!
However, this sounds more like it would be your period!. Usually you become very sick before you start seeing any blood in the urine with a kidney infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is probably a bladder infection, or cystis, (a sexual related bladder infection) Do you have to urinate often!? It is common to have blood in the urine with a bladder infection, although I never heard of the clotting!. Make sure you see a doctor asap and get some antibiotics, and make sure to tell him about the clotting!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
