Question: Will sucking in my tummy 24/7 help tone my abdominals!?
Will sucking in my tummy on a consistant Obviously I'm not ONLY relying on this, but I'm wondering if it is helpful to do this while, say at my desk at work or other times that working out isn't an option!.

Will holding abdominals in HELP my plight or is it a waste of effort I could be expending on another toning activity!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Absolutely! It will definitely help!. It won't necessarily tone your muscles, but it will make them stronger and will help with posture and make your stomach look flatter (depending on how much you weigh, of course)!. Go for it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt it!.!.!.I mean you're kinda using a lot more energy to keep your tummy in, which means you'll prob be quite hungry frequently, which means you'll eat more!.!.!.Yeah you see where I'm going with this :)

The best remedy, eat loads of fruits and drink a litre in the morning, afternoon and evening and your're tummy reduces BIG time!

Toning-try dancing if you don't like exercise!. Belly dancing is excellent for this :D

the best ab exercise is a belly dance move called underlation!.!. what you do is put one foot about 15cms in front of the other and slowly rock back and forward!. then start to lead with your belly then let your hips follow going back and foward!. finally add the chest so your now leading with the chest and then belly then hips!. look on youtubeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely! My physio recommended it!. By doing this you work the deep abdominal muscles which help give you a flat stomach!. If you want the 6 pack look you need to do crunches to work the outer muscles!.

Holding your stomach muscles in also supports your lower back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will help you be self-conscience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep it will same with correct postureWww@Answer-Health@Com
