They aren't red or hurting from razor burn!. I wax!. It looks and feels like goose bumps!. They've been there for a couple days, so I don't think they'll be going away by themselves!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it doesn't hurt there isn't really anything to worry about!.
If it starts to itch or be painful I would defiantly go to the doctor!.
Maybe you should try putting some treating ointment or things like that on your vaginal area!. I have had a similar experience like this one, & it went away!.

you need to exfoliate regulary to stop the regrowth of hair getting blocked under the skin, which is what these bumps are!. make sure to exfoliate properly and don't forget to moisturise the area tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
it sounds like in grown hair, does it hurt(not like razor burn)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
