Embarassing question... brown stringy discharge, sharp pain/cramping. what could!

Question: Embarassing question!.!.!. brown stringy discharge, sharp pain/cramping!. what could this mean!!?
My last period was about 3-4 weeks ago, and for the past few days I have noticed a brown string-like discharge!. No smell, no blood!.
It's not enough to wear a pad or anything, but when I wipe, it shows up!. (ive tried a tampon too, and it comes out on that too!.!.!. but not soaking into it, just on the sides)
I also have sharp pain on my right, just inside the pelvic bone!. Sometimes there is a bit of cramping too!.

I don't know what this could mean and I'm worried it might be some kind of infection or cyst!.
Help!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Do you have pain upon urination or is your urine cloudy!? If not, it's probably not a UTI!. The brown is coming from your vagina, not your urethra (it's on the tampon)!. Cranberry anything only helps acidify your urine!. This makes it inhospitable for bacteria to grow, but it won't cure anything!.

It's very likely that you had an ovarian cyst burst, which is common and probably nothing to worry about!. That would explain the pain on one side around the ovary!. The brown is dried blood mixed with the usual discharge that occurs with ovulation!.

It is also very likely you were pregnant!. Only you know if that was possible!. Many, many women have miscarriages and are not aware of it because it happens in the first couple of weeks and is just thought of as an off or unusual period!.

If it continues or if you period does not occur normally (you should be close) you should see your gyne!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be a cyst busting or an infection go to the doctor and get some antibiotics try not to take too many antibiotics it knocks out your immune system
