Question: I believe i started my period plz help!?
Umm i think i started my period but it was only a brown spot and wetness and ppl say ive started should i just wear a pad/pantyliner now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey honey!. if u think uve started but its very light, yes wear a pantiliner!. u shud definitely wear some protection just in case!. i dont know what time it is where u are but wear a pad if youre going to bed, or if ure going out so u know ure safe!.
dont worry about it, if its ur period it should continue and be heavier and redder by tommorow!.

and u shud really talk to ur mom! but i understand if u want to make sure its ur period first, before u tell her ;) that makes sense!. assuming u have the supplies u need for now of course!.

honey!. from the first day of a period till the first day of the next period is called a cycle!.
it s usually 28 days but it could be more or less!.in each cycle 6 to 12 folicole grow but usually one of them reach the final state and tears apart and an egg comes out!.!.!.this is the middle day of that 28 days!.!.the egg will be removed after 2 weeks and u get period again !.!.!.
u can use a tissue for the spots
but remember to have a pad always in your bag!.!. if it really stars use itWww@Answer-Health@Com
