Can I skip my period if it's my first month on the pill?!

Question: Can I skip my period if it's my first month on the pill!?
Okay, I started taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo at the beginning of the month!. I had been on it before but stopped taking it after my bf and I split up!. I will be starting my first official pill period tomorrow if I take the placebos!. I really want to skip my next two or three periods though!. Is this going to be bad since it's the first month and my body is getting used to the pill again!. I've never had any problems before, also, do you think it's okay to skip a couple of periods or should I just stick to one right now!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
i dont think you should skip just yet, you should wait until your body has adjusted to the pill before you start skipping periods!. Because your body is trying to adjust to all the new hormones and stuff from the pill ,its going to get a little confused (i dont know if that makes much sense) !.!.!. But id suggest you take the pill for another few months before you start skipping/;Www@Answer-Health@Com

BAD IDEA!.

Let your body get adjusted to the pill again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should allow at least the first couple of months of your cycle to settle down before you start "tweaking" it to suit your needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
