Hi Ladies I was wondering if its late turn into great shape I mean im not fat just nice looking 24 girl but I feel around stomach abit extra weight and legs are skinny so my q is too late do workout or not

Its never to late to get into shape and 24 definately isn't!. Don't lose too much weight because it willo make you feel ill!!!

its never too late to get in shape!. just start a regular work out every day, do cardio (for instance run a half mile or walk) one day and abs and arms (crunches and push ups)the next!. also give yourself 1 or 2 days where you don't do any working out!. just let your muscles rest and heal all the tares in them, because by working out your actually ripping your muscles which in fact makes them stronger and grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
