The quickest and most often recommended method to help move the bowels is a Glycerin Suppository!. You can buy them at the grocery store or Drug Store!. I've used them more than once!. Your other choice is giving her an enema!.

You need to insert one of the suppositories into your daughters anus with your finger!. Yes that is how they work!. She needs to retain the suppository inside her for a minimum of15 minutes to a maximum of one hour before sitting on the toilet to make a poo!.

The suppository does two things!. The most important thing is they cause the body to draw water into the rectum naturally!. It softens the stools and helps her expel the BM!. They do cause a bit of what feels like a very mild burning sensation!. That helps stimulate the urge to move her bowels!.

It is possible that your daughter is badly impacted!. I've had to take a gloved finger and reach into my anus to break up the mass of poop inside me and pull it out before I could go naturally!.

What happened to me and might have happened to her is she could have had soft sticky poo that collected in her rectum andit formed a large ball and is simply too large to go out of her anus!.

I keep a two quart enema bag at home now for such emergencies!.

If you don't have an enema bag and can't afford one you can always buy a fleet disposable enema!. After you give one to your daugther you can refill it with water and squirt more plain water into her rectum to help her go poo!.

One of the three methods will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the cause of this could have been due to her diet lately, let her know she has to monitor what she eats and to include the nesessary fibre everyday!.

Anyway my recomondation would be to introduce to her Linseeds, she would only need around a table spoon a day, there full of fibre and omega, this could be added to her cerial or a smoothie or even mixed in with her meal!.

Another thing is not fruit, but stewed fruit (such as the ones dried), when fruit is stewed it is broken down of its sugars and is made more fiberous!

Prunes are also meant to do the trick, she can eat them as they come or stewed like two handfuls and a bannana (ripened)!.

Let her avoid eggs inc custard and mayo until problem resolves!.
Exercise -running and squts!.

last but not least plenty of water and some juice to help soften the stools and help it to flow easily!.
Good luck, i have confidence that it will work straight away, you shall'nt need lactulose or suppositories or any other drug!.

I was going to suggest dried plums but you probably tried that already!. What always helps is to keep the body moving - running, doing squats etc really makes things happen!. She also needs to drink a lot of water!. Oh yeah, after so many days her stool will probably really hurt when passing as it must be really hard by now!. Get her to eat something oily - even few tablets of fish oil and green tea! Green tea really helps (not the first cup though - more like the fifth one) and I love the one with lemon infusion in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get more stuff off the doc for it - they can give you suppositories for it that really get it moving!.

EDIT: DO NOT GIVE HER LAXATIVES!
If they get clogged in her system, then she'll just throw anything back up!. Try brown bread and stomach-tensing exercises (sit ups) as well as just running!. Also, try giving her lots of brown bread and olive oil (in a more palatable form if poss)!.
Try making her kneel on her calves on the floor, then lean forward and put one cheek against the floor, then lift her bottom into the air!. That can get it all moving a bit too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

prunes are the best get her to eat a couple of cans and then she will never be off the toilet, also there is a tablet that you can buy at the local chemist so go there and ask them they will give you the strongest form of tablet!.

When taking she will be in alot of pain but it is worth it to get rid of everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Increase the amount of vegetables i her diet, it will cause her bowels to work harder to break the food down, particularly if it's food such as legumes or spinach!. Lentils are also good for relieving constipation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Prune juice!. She could work out (like sits ups & run) & down a bunch of water!. That yogurt in the green packaging works (forgot what it's called) but, it's made to help w/ that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Senekot is good, small herbal tablets you can buy in any chemist/ supermarket!.
Or just eat a few bananas a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 tablespoons of olive oil before she goes to bed!. make sure to keep her hydrated with water, not soda or juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

warm prune juice always works or milk of magnesiaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Buy her some laxitives!.!.!.if she still doesn;t go then take a trip 2 ur doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com
