Oww.. cramp?? opinions please? help..?!


Question: Oww!.!. cramp!?!? opinions please!? help!.!.!?
for about the past week or so i have had cramp pretty much everyday!.!. but i have not got my period yet although it is time for it!.!. at times it feels like someone i trying to pull my insides out it hurts so bad!.!. i have never had cramps like these before!.!. and ever since i have been "active" my periods have been outtof wack!.!. so what can i do to help with this pain!? they get dull and aggravating to sharp and painful!. like i said it has never been this way before!.!. any idea to what is up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, here is what most likely happened!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
Your body got used to you not being so active, so when you became more active, it was a change!. When we do things that comfuses our bodies, they react!. In your case, your cramps during PMS became more severe!.
But, if the sharp pains continue longer, you may want to go see your doctor, because it could be something more serious, such as a cyst on one of your ovaries!. Let me ask you this, when you have the sharp pains, is it over to one side or is it mainly in the middle, where your uterus is!? If its over to one side, it may be something going on with your ovaries, and you'll want to go see your doctor!. If its mainly over your uterus, its most likely just your uterus contracting, but if it makes you feel better, you could still talk to your doctor!.
