I feel like a knife is going through me!. It is sore and hurts really bad!. Get a heating pack, one you can plug in and control the heat it helps SOOOOOO much!! I have one and you can even get it wet and the moist heat helps as well!. If you don't have access to one you can get a wash cloth or a towel and run it under hot water, lay down and keep the heat on you!.

* Take aspirin or another pain reliever, such as Tylenol (acetaminophen), Motrin (ibuprofen) or Aleve (naproxen)!. (Note: For best relief, you must take these medications as soon as bleeding or cramping starts!.)
* Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen!. Taking a warm bath may also provide some relief!.

To relieve menstrual cramps, you should also:

* Rest when needed!.
* Avoid foods that contain caffeine!.
* Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol!.
* Massage your lower back and abdomen!.

Women who exercise regularly often have less menstrual pain!. To help prevent cramps, make exercise a part of your weekly routine!.

If these steps do not relieve pain, your doctor can order medications for you, including:

* Ibuprofen (higher dose than is available over-the-counter) or other prescription pain relievers!.
* Oral contraceptives!. (Women taking birth control pills have less menstrual pain!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

theres many food you can eat so it wont hurt one bit & many food you should stay away from during that time
good foods-almonds ,bananas,green leafy veggies,broccoli,dried fruits, melons theres alot of them just search it

stay away from proceced foods ,dairy,breads (anything that uses flour)

but if you are in pain beat it out by putting on some headstrong/screamo music ,lay in your bed with a hot water bottle on your lower stomache & it will all be over soon =D good luck

hope it helps you
