Just start talking to them and try to be yourself!. If you keep talking to her and she answers back and seems to enjoy being with you then just keep taking baby steps!. Soon you'll find that you're more than just friends!. lol

I would just be myself!. A girl has to like you for what you are!. If you have a girl in mind, ask her out to something casual, maybe a school function, or movie,!. If you are nervous, go someplace where there are other people around to kind of help ease the tension!. Like a carnival, try just going to the mall for a day and get a bite to eat!. I just think the best relationships are the ones that come along when you least expect it!. Just keep in mind what I said, let everyone accept you for what you are as a person!. Don't do anything that will make you look stupid!. Go up to her and try to start a conversation!. Talk about an upcoming event, and try to make her laugh!. If you think she is uncomfortable with a topic, don't talk about it!. The best you can do is be yourself!. (make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend first, or you will be in BIG trouble)!.
