Yup, it does do that!. BUT!.!.!. it has lots of side effects!. If you smoke you can get blood clots in your legs!. It can cause some weight gain!. Also, the shot, Depoprovera, causes your periods to STOP!! How cool is that!. You get a shot every 3 months and don't have to remember to take a pill!. Same side effects however!. And nuva-ring (what I use myself) works very well too, a ring goes in the vagina it stays in 3 weeks, then out for one week, then you bleed a few days and the cycle starts again!. Yes it will help, mine used to be completly out of sync!. But then I went onto the pill and it controls it for you and makes your cycles complete because as soon as you stop taking the pill 2 - 3 days later you will come on!.
I find it much easier as when your next due can be timed, meaning you know when you need to be carrying pads/tampons with you so there are no longer any embaressing moments in the ladies! As well as this if theres a big event that you would rather not be on your period for then you can keep taking the pill for a few more days although you shouldnt make a habbit of this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah it can control your cycle!. Now don't get your hopes up thinking that it will be perfect because they haven't invented that pill yet lol!. It still may be late or early sometimes but not often, unless you take Yaz then you'll still have all the normal period moodiness, tiredness, bloating, and ect!. But they do help a lil bit, and hey even just that lil bit helps us girls a whole lot!.!.!.also some guys who might get caught in the crossfire lol ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well actually its to keep you from getting pregnant!. But it also controls your cycle!. It will come AROUND the same time every month!. Talk to your doc about your situation and see what the best method is for you!.
