To put it simply, birth control pills can help your period become more regular, shorter and lighter too!
If you period is constantly irregular and an annoyance, i would suggest consulting with your doctor and getting some BCP :)

you cant do anything about it!. MOst of women dont have regual periods dont worry about it!.!. And try taking midol for the cramps it works for me !.!. Or put something really worm on your stomachWww@Answer-Health@Com
