Tri-Nessa Birth Control Pills instructions/experience?!
Question: Tri-Nessa Birth Control Pills instructions/experience!?
What is the order in how I am suppose to take these things!. I am currently cycling at the moment [sorry if TMI] and I am suppose to start taking them this Sunday!.
So I am assuming that in the order of pills its
-7 white pills
then the 7 light blue pills
then the 7 dark blue pills
and lastly the 7 green pills
does that sound about right, im just scared im going to mess up, and i read the instructions that came with it but it did not help much!.
oh yeah and its weird cause the pill holder doesnt contain actual dates and their is not an actual turn dial thingy!.
****also if any of you have taken them before what were your experience using Tri-Nessa because I looked online and I read alot of negative reviews

This pack is a combination between a dial-pack and a blister-pack!. Dial-packs are listed numerically instead of with the days of the week!. There is a small black arrow over top of the first white pill!. Start here and go clockwise, until you finish the outside ring!. The green pills on the inside are the placebos for the final week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
