Persperation Problem?!

Question: Persperation Problem!?
Ok, I'm in the 6th grade, and I really have sweating problems!. This has been going on since 5th grade, and I always just wear a jacket to cover up the sweat!. It works fine, and I have a few shirts that you can't see the sweat and all!. I'm fine at home - I never sweat!. But when I'm at school, my palms are always sweaty, and I always have pit stains!. (I'm a girl) I'm more of the girly-girl too!. My brother has this same problem, I've noticed!. (always sweating) Any advise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had the same problem for as long as I can remember!. I layer a lot and wear a lot of black for that reason!. Layers can absorb sweat so the outtermost layer isn't soaked through!. Black doesn't show sweat as much as red or gray or whatever!.

My brother is the same way!.!.!.and he's almost 30! He's been that way his whole life just like me! His wife always jokes that he can "sweat on demand"!. LoL!. But he cant!.!.!.we tried it!

I know I wouldn't sweat as much if I lost a little weight!. LoL!. But, before I gained it all I sweat too!. So, it wouldn't solve the whole problem!. I've tried prescription deoderants, and all they did was make my armpits burn or itch!. And the sweating never stopped!. The deoderant that's worked the best for me so far is:

Dove Clinical Protection
prescription strength wetness protection with 1/4 moisturizers
(cool essentials scent because I HATE the baby powder scent!. lol)

It's like $6-8 a stick, but it totally works! Just, it doesn't work as well if your pits are already sweaty!. I put it on every night before bed and after showers!. At night gives it time to soak/absorb into my skin and sweat glands!. And it's the click kind of deoderant, not the bar kind!. 2 clicks and you're good to go!

Sweating is good for your body, but it can be really annoying!. It gets rid of toxins and helps cool you down when you're hot!. And if you sweat when you're not hot (like me) then life's just not fair!. LoL! Hot or not, my pits are ALWAYS sweaty!. I tend to avoid going outside when at all possible in the summer unless I'm going swimming!. I hate the sun because it forces every gland on my body to ooze and royally tick me off!. LoL!

Good luck!!! Hopefully you can learn to deal with your perspiration problems sooner than I did!. I struggled for a long time! Getting help from people with experience is something I didn't do though, so you're one step ahead so far!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I want to tell you Jazzy is right!.!.!.!.I use the same product in the same way: it is great!
What concerns me is that you say your brother is the same, yet you don't sweat at home!.!.!.!.!.
You may want to ask your parents to have you both checked for allergies to allergens inside the school that are NOT present in your home!.!.!.!.chalk dust, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get the same thing!.
Use Certain Dri?
It works so good, put it on at night, and then your regular deodarant in the morning!.
it takes a couple days for it to startto work for the first time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
