I was 9 when I got it!.
I had a full C cup by 13!.!.!.!.
I now have DD!.

Yes, I definitely think so!.
I got my period just before I was 10, I now have an E cup!.
I've been an E cup ever since I was 14, they haven't grew since then even though they're big enough!.

I started mine when I was about 12 and have an A cup!.
I really don't think that it would have made a difference if I started earlier!. All the women in my family have small breasts, I was bound to have the same!. I like them small anyways!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think genetics has more to do with it!.!.!.I was barely 12 when I got my period!.!.!.almost 21 now and still an A cup!. My mom got her period at 16 and is an A cup!.!.!.so I'm goin with the genetics hypothesis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
