Well, I really only have my own experience to go on, but I often feel more tired than usual during my period, when I'm stressed out or upset, after I cry, and when it's really hot!. You had all of that happen to you at once!. Chances are your body is just stressed out and you should take it easy for a while!. Do something relaxing! Don't let yourself get too stressed out, or you might get sick!Www@Answer-Health@Com

a nice acumulation of things!.!.stress, period, fear, slepping in a bad position!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mental and physical health connect with each other very closely
im not sure whats wrong, maybe you should see a doctor if your really concernedWww@Answer-Health@Com

My best guess is its a combo of the stress, the way you were sleeping ands your period!. Make sure you're not around that person anymore!. If in another couple weeks you're still showing signs of stress and you feel it is directly related to that incident, I suggest seeing a counselor for post-traumatic stress disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
