put some folded up tissues/toilet paper in your undies!. change it every hour or so!. Don't ever put tissues inside your vagina!. ask a friend if you could have a tampn/pad!. All girls get their period and the majority of women will give you one if they have one so don't be embaressedWww@Answer-Health@Com

When i was in school and i got my period, i would just stick some toilet paper or a paper towel between my legs until a tampon or pad became available to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I never let myself run out, but I guess you could try using a washcloth!.!.!.just fold it over lengthwise a couple of times like a pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Fold up a whole bunch paper towel into a square shape and push your panties up tight so they stay in place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
