hi there!
First off !. !. im 14 years old and im 5'0 and im like 89-100 pounds!.
Am i FAT!?
And i dont know why !. but my legs are like really hard when i squeeze them there's like no fat lol !. BUT why does my stomach stick out !?! like a pop belly big!. I dont get that!. And what weight am i SUPPOSED TO BE!? And a little personal question here !. !. i have like really little bobs!. there's like size 30-32a !. While other people my height , and weight are 34b's!.
My friend is 4'9 and 86 pounds!. And her bra size is 36 or 38a !. And she has her period !. !. while i dont !. !. and im taller !. !. and fatter!.
Please explain !?!
And how do i lose STOMACH WEIGHT OR GET MUSCLES AND TONE UP!.
Also how do i make my butt , thighs , and breats look better or bigger lol : ]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, first of all, your legs are probably hard due to muscle!. Fat is soft and squishy!. Muscle isn't!. So yay, you have muscular legs!. That is a GOOD thing!.

Second, everyone's body is different!. People store fat in different places!. That's why some people have more fat in their middle but skinny legs, others have fat on their hips and thighs but skinny middles!. Everyone is different and there is NO RIGHT WAY TO BE!. People, and stupid stupid boys your age, may try to tell you that there is a way to look and act, but there isn't!. And you can't really change your body shape or how your body stores fat, nor should you try!. Most of it comes down to genetics!.

I don't know that there is a definite weight you are supposed to be at!. Again, everyone's body is different, and so one person at one weight may look healthy, while a person at the same height and same weight might look very different!. A general rule for a healthy weight to be at for girls is this: 5'-0" = 100 lbs!. Every inch after that, add 5 lbs!. So a 5'-8" girl should ROUGHLY at 140 lbs!.
But AGAIN, that is an estimate!. Not everyone's body fits that mold!. There are some girls who can't put on weight if they eat all day due to really fast metabolisms, and there are other girls who put it on really easily!. There is no one perfect weight to be at!. However, looking at your height and weight you sound like you are just fine!. You are by no means obese or overweight at all!. (To tell if you are overweight by a doctor's standards, look at your BMI!.!.!.google BMI or body mass index and there are several websites like http://www!.nhlbisupport!.com/bmi/
that can calculate your BMI using your height and weight)!. A healthy BMI is between 18 and 25!. It looks like yours is roughly about 18!.6 (considering you didn't know your exact weight)!. That's a great BMI!. You are by no means overweight!.

Third, your stomach grows and shrinks!. It will frequently stick out some if you've just had a big meal!. You can work on your stomach muscles with sit ups and crunches and by running!. But you may never have this perfectly flat stomach you want!. You should love yourself no matter how your stomach looks!. You rock!. Don't get caught up in how you look!. How you look has a lot to do with genetics (which you can't change) and other factors!. But anyone will tell you a confident person is always better than being an insecure pretty person crying and staring into a mirror all the time!. Please love yourself for being you!.

Fourth, you mentioned you haven't had your period yet!. Puberty is such fun, or not!. You will be growing, putting on weight, taking off weight, and be all ups and downs!. Your boobs will grow larger after your period comes, but there's no way to say how large!. Probably similar to your mom's or grand mom's!. Your boobs are related to genetics and to puberty, so yours probably haven't fully grown yet!. Plus, people of the same height and weight do not have the same size boobs! You can't compare yours to your friends because you are different people!. Your boobs won't be the same, nor should they be!. And there is no way to increase your boob size (other than you'll probably have larger boobs if you gain weight!.!.!.that's really the only times boobs change size after puberty--when people put on or take off weight)!. You haven't had your period yet, your boobs are still growing!.

My dear, it sounds like you are becoming worried about all these numbers!. There is no perfect number for any person at any height and weight!. Just because you are 14, 5'-0", 89-100 lbs does not that you should have a certain bra size or certain weight!. Your body will develop naturally, you can't force it, and you also can't force what it will end up like after it's developed!. Please focus on your health rather than what people look like!.

To be the best you can be, eat healthy, get some exercise (go run, try a sport, play outside, exercise is the only thing that will make your butt and thighs look better), and stop worrying so much about how you look, and instead see how good of a friend you can be, or how confident you can be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
