Frequent UTI's and Yeast Infections? Yeast has pinkish tint why?!

Question: Frequent UTI's and Yeast Infections!? Yeast has pinkish tint why!?
I just came from my gynecologist and I found out I have a yeast infection and a UTI!. I get them a lot, especially after intercourse!. How can this be prevented!? I have tried the peeing before and after method and I also clean thoroughly but it still happens!. Should I start taking vitamins!?!? Also, why does the yeast that is still inside the vagina have a pink tint to it!?!? It looks bloody but it's not!. I have noticed it everytime I visit my doctor!. No, I don't have STD's, I get checked for those every three months since I am in a long distance relationship!. Sorry if this is gross, but it's natural!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try taking a daily cranberry capsule!. They are absolutely wonderful, my mom and I have frequent UTI's and yeast infections and we both take cranberry 1200 mg daily and it works!. As a medical professional I would suggest this as well!. As for the pinkish discharge, it could just be a spotting of blood because of the irritation of the infections!. Nothing to worry about unless you see sluffing (blood clots or lining) then possibly consult your gyno again!. I had a chronic UTI that lasted for about 6 weeks and had the yeast infections to go along with them because of the antibiotic, the diflucan (flucanozole) works good, but for the long run and for everyday preventative cranberry is the way to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com
