Exercises for fuller breasts?!
Question: Exercises for fuller breasts!?
I use a size 36/38D bra!. Not too fond of 'big boobs', but I don't hate them!. I've thought about breast reduction, but have decided against it!. (No money and I've 'accepted' myself lol)
But that doesn't mean I wouldn't LOVE for them to be rounder, and fuller!.

Yes!. Push-ups are an effective exercise to achieve a fuller, rounder breast!. They strengthen the chest muscles and tend to, in a young woman, lift breasts and create a rounder, fuller breast!.
Firmer though!.!. I don't know about firmer!. Lifted slightly, yes, but firmer there is no exercise to achieve that!. You can try various creams that are sold -- but generally if your breasts are that large the only way to "firm" your breasts is to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Reductions can be covered by insurance!.
The only way to get them fuller/rounder/firmer is surgery, a breast lift (not covered by insurance unless its included with a reduction, as mine was)!. If you just get a breast lift, you will end up still sagging!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercising involving your chest area, will make your peck muscles stronger!. It will make your breasts perkier, but I do believe that it could make them smaller!. (Picture those women body builders!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pushups, bench pressing - anything that builds up the pectoral muscles under your breasts should help them look better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Firmer breasts look fake, and they present a problem in mammograms!. Be happy with what you have, because that's plenty!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
