If you can't get ahold of me, I suggest you find a word to describe your past and see if there is a yahoo group called that and ask for help there!. The people there will know what you are talking about and help you deal with this!.

Don't be scared to get a Pap smear done, yes it might be afew minutes of being uncomfortable, but it's worth it in the end!.
With the pelvic exam, normally what happens is that the Doctor will use gloves and she/he will ask you to open your legs apart so she/he can put two fingers inside you!. The reason for this is to check for any lumps, and or bumps!. Also to see if you have any pain of discomfort while this is happening!. Yes, it's not a real wonderful thing, but again like the pap smear it's there for a good reason!.
Atleast it's only every two years that you need to have a pap smear done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A pelvic is imperative to any woman that is sexually active!. They get your height and weight and urine sample first just like a regular doctor visit!. They will give you a breast exam to check for lumps!. As you are lying on the table the doctor will insert a speculum (what they use to open your vagina with)!. Ask for a small sized one before they start and it will be more comfortable for you!. The speculum looks like a duck bill that they can open to open you up!. They will swab your cervix with a large Q-Tip (this smear gets evaluated for cell changes)!. Then they will remove the speculum and insert two lubed fingers into your vagina while pressing down on your stomach (to feel your uterus and ovaries!. And that is it the exam is over!.!.!.the most important thing to remember when they go to insert the speculum is to RELAX your vaginal muscles, if you are tense and nervous your muscles clamp down and then it will hurt!.
