Question: I'm dizzy and nauseated!.!.!.!.is my BC pill doing this!?
I have been feeling sick to my stomach, and dizzy sometimes and it feels like I'm not on the ground (if that makes any sense!. Also I have been having extremely light bleeding since I first started using the pill 6 days ago!. It is not my period!. I went for my yearly check up for a PAP smear just over a week ago when my doc started me on the pill!. He said I had to start it in a few days (the first sunday after my period) Between the docs visit and that Sunday, I had sex unprotected before I started taking the pill!. What is making me feel so sick!? I know I shouldnt of have unprotected sex and It won't happen again but I'm a little worried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your symptoms may be the cause of one of many of things!. firstly, because birth control pills provide strong flows of otherwise fluctuation hormones, your body may just be having a harder time adjusting to the change in amount and strength of these hormones!. However, due to the fact that you had sex before starting the pill, your symptoms may be early signs of pregnancy!. If these symptoms continue for another week, I suggest you take a home pregnancy test, and if that comes out negative and you still feel badly, go back to your doctor as you may be having a reaction to the pills (this is common and happens to a lot of women) so dont worry, im sure everything will turn out fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
