Well all you do is unwrap the tampon itself!. And then you find your vaginal opening (from where you are bleeding) and slide it in until the tips of your tumb and index finger touch the outside of your vagina!. Then you take your index finger and if you have never used a tampon before, then you will probably have to go a little slower, and you push the tube with the string attached to it up to the barrel that inserts into you and then when it is fully in, you can pull out the barrel and you are done!. The first time wearing it may seem a bit uncomfortable, but practice makes perfect and after a while of using them, they won't bother you any more!. But please read the box before you do it!. You need to be sure that you know when to take it out and exactly how to put it in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get one with an applicator it is much much easier and it goes in further and so it's more comfortable!. There are instructions in each pack with directions!. It's easier to put one foot up on the toilet, hold the bottom of the tampon applicator with your longest middle finger and use your thumb for the top, use your index finger to slide it in until the applicator is the only thing that is left!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Open the tampon, for the first time i woudl use a plastic one, there easier to put in!. Sit on the toilet with ur legs spread and slide the tampon in until ur fingers touch ur body then push the plunger in, to release the tampon into ur body then pull out the plastic part throw it away, wash ur hands wala! hope i helped good luck :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
