So, this is a question about my period!.
During the first 3 or so days of my period, i have an extremely heavy flows!. Sometimes it even bleeds though my pants a bit, and thats wearing a pad!.
So my question is:
Any tips on how to help this!?

Try wearing a tampon with a pad that is what i do becuz i have a heavy flow too!.!.!. It works really well and feels so much better than a dirty and wet feeling all day! Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's normal to have a heavier flow during the first few days of your period!. Your best bet is probably to use more absorbent pads or change them more frequently!. There is no way that I know of to actually moderate the blood flow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to a gynecologist!. There are treatments that he can offer you to ease your flow if it is that bad!. If you are underage, please ask your mom to take you to the doctor!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try changing your pad like every 1-3 hours!.
You could also double up on them!.

well go to your doctor and ask her to put you on some type of birth control it will help regulate the bleeding and try using pad and a tampon togetherWww@Answer-Health@Com
Perhaps try seeing a doctor about getting on birth control!. Not only will your flow be lighter but you will also cramp less!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am so sorry! I would use an extra thick pad, and maybe wear a tampon (At the same time!.) I'm not quite sure how to make the flow lessen, but a doctor might!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this happened to me , go to your doc and ask for some meds to make your flow lighter and also help with severe cramps!. they worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
