Well, you should wear a bra when you feel you should wear one!. When I was 11 or 12, I felt I should start wearing one because all of my friends were!. I think that is pretty common!. Bras are used for support!. So if you have a really flat chest, you don't need one, but if it makes you feel more grown up and womanly, go for it and wear one!. Just feel good about yourself and what you are doing!. Just ask your mom to take you bra shopping!. Most moms won't feel very uncomfortable about it- and it's her job to help you out in that department!

I'm 12 too, but I wouldn't say I'm "flat"!. I started out wearing sports bras, so you should try those, but maybe once you're comfortable, you can wear padded ones!. Basically everyone at my school(girls anyway) have to wear them, because we have to change in the same room for P!.E!., but that's my school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

really bra size differs for everyone however i do suggest wearing a bra to get the feeling of it before you developWww@Answer-Health@Com
