It doesn't always hurt the first time!. I really depends on your vagina and if you've masturbated using large objects and how big the guys penis is!. My first time only hurt for the first three or four thrusts and then it began to feel great!. I can't really compare the pain to anything else!.!.!.it's really only your hymen being ripped (as bad as that sounds, its not)
