Its white sticky stuff (should be clear) you get in your knickers!.
Its a sign you could start your periods!.
Maybe after a year of having them!.
use pantyliners to stop it getting on your underwear!.

it is liquid which comes from your cervix can be caused by many things including starting your 1st period and can be slightly different colour (mainly whitey/creamy colour) and can be runny or quite thick!. Every woman has a discharge, some worse than others!. Its not something to be imbarassed about, if its worrying you speak to an adult you feel comfortable speaking to or see your doctor or nurse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
