Question: Birthcontrol for missing priods!?
im 13 and i satrted my periods on april 14 07 i stopped getting them on october 31st 07 now its june 08
people told me i need to take birthcontrol to regulate my periods!? should i ask a doctor first!?
i told my mom about it and she said shell do wat ever makes me feel comftable !. so should i take birthcontrol!?

birth control does help regulate your period, but that's more for women who maybe skip one month or their period is like a week late!. If you haven't gotten your period since last october, you should not start birth control!. I would tell your doctor that it stopped and you haven't had it since!. Given your age, I don't think it's a big problem!.!.!.but I would tell a doctor!. Regardless, you'd have to get a prescription for birth control, so you would need to talk to your doctor anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
