These people are close, but its not actually more salt or less salt!. Its the type of salt!. Regular table salt is horrible for you!. Its just highly refined sodium chloride leading to all of the well known undesirable side effects!. Table salt causes the body to retain water, causing swelling, edema, and cellulite!. In my opinion the best salt to use is a natural mineral salt!. I have tried many, but the one I have come to like the most is Himalayan Salt!. It has almost all of the essential minerals that your body needs and they occur naturally, no added crap!. Here is a link to the website where I get mine!. I hope this helps you!. I know it has helped me!. Many Blessings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat lots of parsley!. or even get parsley capsuls from a health shop!. they are absolutely brilliant for getting rid of any excess water in your body!. The other thing is, its proven that if you eat a mouthfull of parsley before a meal, you will feel fuller when you eat and wont eat as much!. So you never know, you might even loose weight without realising it!.

good luck to you!.!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a low salt diet as salt retains water in the body!. You may sleep with your legs elevated on two pillows or sit with your legs elevated to same level of your knee to prevent retention in your lower limbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

8-10 glasses of water!.!.!.lower your salt intake and follow a no sugar no flour diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

more salt in your dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
