You could try to go to a CVS or a pharmacy store to find motion sickness patches (they go behind your ear) that will help!. Drommien is used for boats and cars, but causes the user to become sleepy and nodd off, so if you are driving, I wouldn't suggest it!.

As far as what to eat, Bread or carb based breakfast (bagel, muffin, or crescent) with peanut butter will work!. It's light enough, but filling, and is easy to keep down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a small amount of something mild--for me, that feels better than an empty stomach!. The most effective "natural" preventative is ginger pills!. Get some of those and take those!. However, you could instead take an over-the-counter remedy from a drugstore, like Bonine or Dramamine!. But the problem with those is they make you very very drowsy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dramamine ALWAYS works for me!.

Careful though!. I got NON Drowsy and took 2!.!.!.!. and CRASHED on the drive down the mountain at 8pm!. I got home about 2 hours later and went to bed till 2 the next day!. And the whole next day I was groggy!.

Take 1!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well there are these wrist bands called Sea Bands!. They work by the Nei-Kuan pressure point on your wrist!. You should be able to find them at your local chemist!.
I would also take travel sick tablets that contain ginger!.
I hope i solved your problem!Www@Answer-Health@Com
