reduce any fat on any part of the body you have to do some real tough cardio!. for the thighs, the best thing to do is squats and lunges!. i do lunges with 5 pound free weights in each hand!. try doing squats but have your feet shoulder width apart and open so your feet form a "v" shape!. squat down low and slowly rise!. do them till you cant anymore!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
