Question: How to deal with menstrual pains, pms, cramps etc!.!? girl only plz!!?
Answers:
Midol or ibuprophen take pain away!. I prefer midol because it has caffine in it and takes away the fatigue that you are feeling!. Also, even though it hurts, run and workout alot while you are on your period!. It might be uncomfortable, but you will notice that the pain is not as bad later!. Eat right and get alot of sleep!. Wear comfortable clothes and even though you should eat right, treat yourself to something sweet every once in a while!. Foods like chocolate have something in them that make you happier!. Don't worry, you get used to it and it doesn't seem that bad anymore!. Also, try a hot bath!. It is soothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Motrin, ibuprofen, midol!. I wouldn't recommend anything containing aspirin or acetaminophen (Tylenol) even though these all can thin the blood those two are the worst and can actually make your cramps worse because they cause you to bleed more!. Hot baths and heating pads are great too! I slept on a heating pad for years it was always soo bad for me I got to the point were I was taking 800mg of Ibuprofen every 4 hours and at first it worked but then it stopped and the only thing that made me comfortable was actual pain medication!. I didn't like the way pain pills made me feel so I went on the pill and hardly ever cramp!Www@Answer-Health@Com

take some pain medication and relax! Do some things that you like to do! Go for a walk, play a video game, watch TV, until the pains go away, and then continue on with your day!Www@Answer-Health@Com
