The hymen can tear from just fingering or other activities, but most of the time it breaks!. You don't really break it again cause it doesn't grow back!. It probably just bleed again because you irritated it!. You really have no need to talk to your mom or a doctor unless there is real pain and a lot of blood for a long while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
